Skedul Pemakanan Vitamin Shaklee Set D

Saya sudah start terlupa to temping. 2 hari sudah terlepas. Rasa hanya mahu temping around O and 2nd weeks of DPO. Nah! Suka2 hati je menculaskan diri dalam 3rd cycle ni.

Tak kesah la masa ni suhu berapa pun, yang pasti today, Im trying to reschedule pengambilan vits shaklee. Here u goes;

  • Lecithin 1: 7am (b4 breakfast)
  • Vit B comp: 9am(after breakfast)

  • Lecithin 2: 12noon(b4 lunch)
  • Vit C: 2pm(after lunch)

  • Lecithin 3: 5pm(b4 dinner)
  • Vit E: 9pm(after dinner)
To be added: GLA complex. Huwargh..bila pulok mahu sumbat dalam table? Aiyomma..
